Updated Goals

Here's an update on the goals I've set, with Trainer K's help:

Long term
Get healthier and look better in smaller sizes

  • Get rid of 120 - 180 lbs of weight (or more)
  • Drop 8 sizes (or more)
The point here is to get to the place where I'm looking, feeling, and able to perform better than ever.

Short term
  • February (Valentine's Day)
    • Down 10-15lbs
    • Down 1-2 dress sizes
  • April (Spring Leadership Conference)
    • Down an additional 20-30lbs
    • Down an additional 2-3 dress sizes
  • May (Our Anniversary)
    • Down an additional 10-15 lbs
    • TBD
  • July (My Birthday)
    • Down an additional 20-30lbs
    • TBD
  • October (FED Conference)
    • Down an additional 30-45lbs
    • TBD
  • December (Christmas)
    • Down an additional 20-30 lbs
    • TBD
